Because everything is made to order, we do have a little bit of a longer shipping time.

We ship within 10-15 business days of purchase, but it could be sooner, for example, if you have a smaller order. We ship everything UPS standard, and we will notify you as soon as your order has shipped!

Everything is shipped UPS standard. If you need something sooner, feel free to contact us before you place the order and we will get back to you asap to let you know if we can accommodate you with a shorter turn around time, so your item ships faster than 10-15 business days.

Once we receive your order, expect an order confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours.

Then, once we've finished making it just for you and send it off, anywhere between 10-15 business days, we will send the tracking number to your e-mail as well, which you can track on the UPS website.
